Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Content of the Register
The register is the customer and marketing register of Mobiilivarmenne.fi, where personal data of customers and stakeholders are collected. The register may contain the following information: communication-related information and service usage details, such as browsing and search information (e.g., using Google Analytics), possible profiling and interest information provided by the customer, and other possible information collected with the customer’s consent.
Transfer of Personal Data
Information can be disclosed with the consent of the registered: for direct marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Act, as well as for opinion and market research and other similar inquiries. Rights of the Registered
The registered has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed or has been processed.
If the data controller is processing the registered’s personal data, the registered has the right to obtain information about this document and a copy of the processed personal data.
If the registered makes a request electronically and has not requested another format, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format, provided that the information can be delivered in a secure manner.
The registered also has the right to request the data controller to correct or delete their personal data and can prohibit the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Following the application of the General Data Protection Regulation, the registered also has the right, in certain cases, to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data or otherwise oppose the processing. In addition, the registered can request the transfer of the data they have provided in a machine-readable format based on the General Data Protection Regulation.

Manual material: There is no manual material.
Electronically stored data: Only employees who have the right to process customer data as part of their job are authorised to use the system containing customer data. Each user has their own user ID and password for the system. The data is collected in databases that are protected with firewalls, passwords, and other technical means.
